What is MyDirectPlan?

MyDirectPlan (MDP) is an online tool designed to help you manage your Special Services at Home (SSAH), Passport, and Residential funding. MDP was developed especially for the Developmental Services sector as a free, secure and time-saving alternative to paper submissions.

MyDirectPlan is powered by Community Living Toronto (CLTO). CLTO is a leading not-for-profit organization that brings with it a long history of fostering inclusive communities and supporting the rights and choices of people with intellectual disabilities. CLTO and MyDirectPlan are proud to be part of the ongoing transformation of the Developmental Services system into one that promotes greater independence for Direct Funding recipients and their families.

We are committed to continuously improving and enhancing MyDirectPlan to meet your evolving needs.

How MyDirectPlan Helps Individuals and Families

MyDirectPlan (MDP) was developed after years of extensive research and consultation with Recipients of direct funding and their families. MDP aims to address the need for a simple, fast, and secure alternative to traditional paper-based methods for submitting claims.

With MDP, you can submit your invoices to your funding agency for reimbursement with just a click of a button! We understand the importance of efficient and hassle-free claim submissions, which is why we have incorporated amazing tools into MDP to help you budget, stay organized, and keep all your records and invoices in one safe place.

One of the key advantages of MDP is its accessibility. You can access the platform from any computer or tablet with an internet connection, providing you with the flexibility to manage your claims anytime, anywhere. Moreover, we have implemented robust security measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected throughout the process.

MyDirectPlan is Now Available for Brokerages and Private Service Agencies

Brokerages and Private Service Agencies can now electronically submit passport expenses through MyDirectPlan. This new feature will streamline the expense submission process and provide greater convenience.

Brokers and Private Service Agencies will be able to manage all passport recipients through one business account. This means that you can easily track and manage expenses for multiple recipients without the need for separate accounts.

Once you have submitted the expenses, you will be able to track submission status in real time. This means that you can keep track of which expenses have been approved, which ones are under review, and which ones have been rejected for each of your recipients. This real-time tracking feature will provide you with greater visibility and control over spending.

In addition to these new features, MyDirectPlan offers a range of other useful tools and resources to help manage expenses seamlessly.
