MyDirectPlan (MDP) is an online tool designed to help you manage your Special Services at Home (SSAH), Passport, and Residential funding. MDP was developed especially for the Developmental Services sector as a free, secure and time-saving alternative to paper submissions.

Brokerages and Private Service Agencies can now electronically submit passport expenses through MyDirectPlan. This new feature will streamline the expense submission process and provide greater convenience.
Brokers and Private Service Agencies will be able to manage all passport recipients through one business account. This means that you can easily track and manage expenses for multiple recipients without the need for separate accounts.
Once you have submitted the expenses, you will be able to track submission status in real time. This means that you can keep track of which expenses have been approved, which ones are under review, and which ones have been rejected for each of your recipients.
